By creating an account or using Maidaan (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use Maidaan on behalf of a venue or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Maidaan helps you discover venues, reserve slots, and organise matches. Availability, pricing, and cancellation rules are set by the venues. We are not the provider of the venue or the sports facilities and are not responsible for the conduct of players or venues.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• scrape, resell, or misuse data obtained through the Service;
• impersonate others or provide false information.

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, belongs to Maidaan or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us the licence needed to operate the Service.

We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maidaan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including disputes with venues or other players.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
